This 53 year old woman was very happy with her weight loss but unhappy with the way that her upper arms had responded. She had an upper arm brachioplasty. Here she is shown early in her recovery, at her 4 week postoperative visit. She is super happy with the contour, and feels that it makes her look thinner.
