This woman in her early 40s had previously undergone a breast augmentation with 600cc moderate profile saline implants. They had bottomed out and were too large for her from. Dr. Richards removed the old implants, tightened the internal pockets, replaced the implants with 330cc saline implants, and performed a breast lift. Here, the patient is shown at her 1 month follow up. She is super happy with her rejuvenated look.
