This gentleman in his late 50s underwent a facelift and necklift operation. He has given permission to show his before and after pictures of the lower part of his face. He was most concerned about the laxity of the central neck. He had a face/necklift with SMAS plication and platysmaplasty. He is incredibly happy with the result and is frequently asked if he had lost weight.
