This gentleman in his late 30s presented with gynecomastia. It is abnormal growth of breast tissue in men and is much more common than most people think. He had an ultrasound assisted liposuction and excision of the gynecomastia through a lateral liposuction port site. No incisions were made around the nipple or areola. He is incredibly happy. These pictures are taken in the early recovery period. Over the upcoming months, he will notice an even greater tightening of the skin.
