This woman wanted a breast enlargement. Implants alone would have left her with a “snoopy” or “rock-in-a-sock” deformity where the breast tissue falls over the top of the implant. She underwent a breast augmentation with gel implants placed under the muscle and also underwent a vertical incision breast lift. She is ecstatic with her results.
